MNSSHP question

For anyone who has done MNSSHP/ E-ticket/ etc. which requires a separate key card to enter the park...what time were you allowed into the park with your special card? The thing is, we have a base ticket and would like to go to another park the day of the halloween party. We were wondering if they will let people in at 5 or 6 pm for the party even though it doesn't start until 7. If we had a park hopper, there would be no big deal, but we don't so that's my question. Thanks!

I am 99% sure they'll let you in early.
I've heard as early as 4, but don't hold me to that

(At least for MVMCP - which I am told is the same general thing)
