MNSSHP question...

During the MVMCP you could get your wrist band and stay in tommorowland while they clear out the crowds, does this happen for the Halloween party too?

I am not sure on this as this is my first time going to MNSSHP, but I think you are right on the wrist band thing( I know I read somewhere that they do that to get ready for the MNSSHP too). And I have also heard that just with your MNSSHP ticket you can get into the park at about 4:00p.m.
