Can you use Fast Pass+ prior to the Halloween party?
I have read that they will allow guests in at 4pm but the party does not start until 7pm.
Can I set 3 Fast Pass+ for those hours prior to the party?
I would assume so, but wanted to check to make sure.

Yes you can! At least, as of last year you could. I don't see why they would change it.
