Is MNSSHP the same as MVMCP wherin you only need a hard ticket to the party and you do not need separate park passes.

If this is true can you get into MK at 4:00PM (like MVMCP) with just you party ticket.

theoretically, yes. though that is not guaranteed since the party is scheduled to start at 7pm.
