Hello I have a question we will be attending the MNSSHP party on Oct 2 what
happens if by chance there happens to be a large storm that night?
Do they still have the parade and fireworks? My DH and I are paying for all the tickets that night 3adults and 3 children. Would hate for it to be a complete bust it is our first time going. Also any advice of what to expect and what not to miss. Thanks in advace for your help

I was happy to be there but it was no fun being wet and wearing a pancho all night.

But, trick or treating went on, albeit undercover. We saw the second parade and the fireworks and while a few elements of both were ommitted they were still good. I believe the first parade was cancelled. Many people left early, so the park was very quiet, but we still had a good time.We stayed until the end as a matter of fact. Went to the party again a few nights later because we had such a blast! My guess is the party will be canceled only if the parks themselves are closed.
