I voted twice because the kids will wear costumes and some of the adults will wear nothing special; and I will wear my wicked witch tee.

We haven't definitely decided yet...these are the 2 possibilities:

1. I'll wear my Minnie Mouse costume & my husband will wear something else along the Disney theme... or,

2. We'll go as the "red team" wearing matching red Trading Spaces shirts (this option will allow us to be a little more comfy).

First two parties we attended DH and DDs wore costumes and I wore a Hallween shirt.

Third party was just me and the girls. I wore a previous year's MNSSHP shirt and DDs wore costumes.

Our next party I think DH will not wear a costume...maybe just a shirt this time. I'll wear a previous MNSSHP shirt again and older DD wants to be a witch and younger DD wants to wear her big sister's old Christmas Belle costume.

That's the plan.

I'm more of a halloween themed T-shirt kind of a person. At the start of the parties it is still kinda hot and sticky for me so I like the idea of a themed t-shirt to keep me cool, but still be festive.

We are thinking of dressing up as the Mario Brothers for MNSSHP. Would that be ok or is it considered anti-Disney?

I didn't vote because I'm not sure what we're doing.

I am going to try to find a Halloween themed t-shirt for myself. Hopefully they will be in stores in early Sept. I have Halloween sweatshirts, but I need a t-shirt for WDW.

I want the kids to be comfortable, so I am leaning toward getting them Halloween t-shirts, too. If I can find costumes that are easy to pack, not too heavy to wear in hot weather, and comfortable to wear on rides, then they might do costumes. Otherwise, they will be sporting Halloween t-shirts.

There will probably be a variety of costumes. I'm sure your costumes will be fine. :thumbsup2

It will just be my DH and I at the 10/6 party; the kiddos get to stay home with Grandma in Michigan. We are totally going to get in the spirit and dress up. We decided to be Mouseketeers. When we go to WDW in June, we're going to get personalized ears and we'll buy white t shirts and put our names on them. I have a short black pleated skirt and Keds and I'm not quite sure what DH is going to do on the bottom yet.

Probably not very original, but it will be comfortable!

Last year my girlfriend and I wore our costumes and had a blast. This year our DHs are going too. So all 4 of us will be wearing a costume. We saw so many themed costumed groups and families, there are a lot of creative people out there. Just have fun. I cant wait!! :Pinkbounc

DH and I were Donkey and Fiona from Shrek (we found headbands and DH had the teeth) One elderly lady working at the CS we went to was laughing hysterically ..."You are in the wrong park!!" . DD was Princess Jasmine in a costume gramma made and DS costume was as below the bellhop from the TOT it went over huge!!

What an adorable little bellhop costume!

We have a group of 12 going on the 24th. Six adults and six kids. Not sure if the men will want to dress up, but I have a feeling we will be a mix of princesses, fairies and pirates! princess: :tink: pirate:

We will blend in with the masses, but we'll be having a great time!

Thanks I like him!! Gramma made this costume too. I had said to DS he could be any Disney Character he wanted...and he choose the bellhop from the TOT. In a couple of the TorT areas he and his sis got double the candy because for his costume, the CM's loved it. I'll post DD if I can get it to load.
