MNSSHP party tickets express shipping?? help!!

I called the day the tickets went on sale and ordered tickets for 2 different nights. The CM said he couldn't figure out how to combine shipping so it would be 2 different $5 charges for shipping. They came in the mail today and it was 2 $15 charges for shipping . I didn't need express shipping. I didn't ask for it. Should I call Disney and let them know or let it go???

If it were me, I would just let it go. Not sure what, if anything, they will do, but if you feel like it is worth it to make the call, then I say call. The worst they can say is that nothing can be done.

YES! I would call in regards to $30 shipping charges! If there's a kink in their system, they need made aware before it happens to others (and I could buy part of a Disney ticket with that money. lol).

I had a similar experience last year. When I ordered tickets, nothing was mentioned about shipping and I was charged $15. I never got around to calling, although I wish I had.

for future reference you can buy these tickets online and just pick them up at will call. No shipping and you can see what you are buying.

You can do a will call pick up on the phone too I'm sure. No reason for you to need them in your home at all. That's just asking for them to going missing.

Yes, I would call and also maybe they can just charge you the $5. I had to do two separate orders since I had gift cards(only 2 forms of payment per order and I had a hundred dollar gift card and then some $50 ones).... anyhow, she only charged me ONE $5 charge, even though they were two different orders. Plus maybe you will save someone else the headache as they will know who took your order and they can help them learn how to correct their mistake.

OP here. I called. They fixed it right away. They apologized and said there was so problems when they first went on sale. They only charged me the $5 and refunded me the rest,

I just buy mine online and print the tickets myself........
