MNSSHP on 10/3

I just purchased ticket for MNSSHP for Oct. 3 praying, of course, that a hurricane isn't due at that time!!

My thoughts was being early in October and the work week beginning the next day....this date would not experience large crowds.

I've never been to MNSSHP before. I wondering from those of you who have, is this a reasonable assumption???

Sunday's are usually less crowded than Friday's. I would think you should expierence a easy moderate crowd.
