I've been waiting for someone to organize a meet for the MNSSHP on October 16th, but since no one has I guess I'll have to start the ball rolling. We will be entering the park at 4pm and having dinner at CP at 4:05pm. We would love to meet some fellow disers sometime during the party. Perhaps we could all meet in front of the Haunted Mansion. Is there a good time for anyone? Maybe we'll all be in fantasyland from 6 -7? Let's see what we can do.

Steamboat Marti and myself (DS, DGF and DGM) will be there also. We will be going to the MK at 4pm and will be dining at CRT at 4:45. Let us know about a meet, would be kind of cool to see some other DISers and see all of the neat tshirts everyone has made. We will be there from 10/15 until 10/24 staying at OKW.

Count us in! Our ADR is 5:00-ish at CP. Me, DH, and DS9. pirate:

This is our first MNSSHP. It seems like other people have said everyone with tickets has to wait in one land between 6 & 7 PM while the CM's get the park ready. Of course I can't remember which land that might be.

Do we want to try to meet up around 7 PM? Will everyone be finished with dinner by then? Shall we gather at the Haunted Mansion and go from there?

I think that we all have to move to Fantasyland between 6 and 7. I am up for meeting at Haunted Mansion at 7pm. We'll be the family dressed as characters from Hercules. What will you all be wearing?

I thought everyone had to head over to Tomorrowland? Maybe they changed it. We have never been to MNSSHP. We attend MVMCP and we had to hang out in Tomorrowland. We are planning MNSSHP on the 20th unless it we change our minds(our 2nd choice is the 16th...so I'm being nosy). We are waiting to buy tickets until we arrive! Have fun!

I guess we'll find out where they send us once people attend the Party on September 30. I'm sure someone will be on here posting on Oct. 1st with all the info we could ever want.

We'll be at MNSSHP on 16 October. We have a 5:30pm ADR at LTT. There will be 9 of us...me, DH, DS6, and DD 4. We're all going to be dressed up as the Incredibles. Our friends are also going, DW, DH, DS6, DS5, and DS2. I'm not sure what their customes will be. We're staying at BCV. We're very excited. We'll be at Party for the Senses on 15 October.

DS9 will be a pirate. pirate:

DH and I won't be in cosutme, but I will be in some sort of Nightmare Before Christmas attire.

I had to go through my user cp to find this thread again since we were far back. So here is a bump!

We will be at MNSSHP an the 16th too. Not sure what we are wearing yet but I will keep a lookout for fellow DISers. :goodvibes

Here's another project from last night. I found a small back pack that I'm going to use as a purse/camera case while at WDW. I found it in the video game section at Walmart. It is a carrying case for Nintendo DS. It is the perfect size for me to carry my digital camera, cell phone, park tickets and money. I think my sunglasses will fit too. I printed the lime green mickey head about 3 x 4 inches with my screen name on it. I did it as a transfer and ironed it onto a pocket that I removed from one of the T-shirts and hand stitched it to the front of the backpack. If you see me wearing this stop me and say hello.

:wave2: Hi I'm pretty new here and still earning my ears but I would love to meet! I can never thank everyone for all the fab tips and ideas. :flower: We will be at LTT at 5:30, my entire family, all 15 of us!You can't miss us we are a wild bunch :teeth: My children haven't decided what to wear YET! I will be on the look out! I can't wait :bounce:

Since our dates are growing close I thought I'd give another little bump. I'm sure that many of us will be in Fantasyland (or wherever they corrale us from 6 - 70 so maybe we will run into each other there. It had also been suggested that we meet in front of the Haunted Mansion at 7ish. Does anyone have any feelings on this one way or another? Thought I'd try to firm something up before we all get into the packing and last minute organizing frenzy.

I'd love to do a meet. I am 95% sure we will be sent to Tomorrowland to wait before 7 p.m. when the party starts. We have a ADR for 5:25 at Tony's, but I am not ruling out cancelling that and doing CS at ASMo or Cosmic Ray's instead. I was so excited I could get a ADR at any TS place as late as I booked it that I didn't think about what my DD could do with a plate of spaghetti and a princess dress. :guilty:

Can we pick a place like underneath the TTA by Space Mountain where there are benches so we can try to hang out until the party starts? Since most of our ADRs look early, how about we try to meet around 6:15-6:30 p.m.? That will give us about 30 minutes before the party starts to socialize.

I suggest this selfishly because I need to maximize our time at the beginning of the party because my kids are 2 and 4. We usually leave around 9 or 10p.m. when they are ready to crash.

We can do that. We will be the Hercules themed family.

Great! See you guys there. The Hercules family sounds like such a great costume idea.

I have no idea what DH and I can be. He is such a boring dresser (solid shirts and pants) that I thought of having him dress up as a tourist with a hawaiian shirt, shorts, black socks and Goofy hat. Since DS wants to be Goofy, another thought I had was for DH to be Goofy and DS be Goofy or his nephew/son?

Any idea for me? I know it's going to be hot so I'm trying to take that into consideration. One thought was to be a Mouseketeer - but I have to find a picture to see if I could pull it off. I have two weeks to go - I need to get on this.

My DH won't dress up. I am just wearing a "Nightmare Before X-Mas" T-shirt. We bought a REALLY cool pirate costume for DS9 but if it is hot that night we will have to modify it somewhat so he doesn't roast. pirate:

I figure if anyone asks me about my costume (or lack thereof) I will tell them I am a Muggle. And everyone knows when magic folk dress like Muggles they usually get it wrong, so being dressed CORRECTLY as a Muggle is a remarkable feat! :teeth:

Here is a picture of the Disney 3 Musketeers.

I would have everyone wear red t-shirts with the cloak (or whatever you'd like to call it) over the T-shirts. I've used a pattern from Joann's to make the cloaks for a school play and they were so simple.
