MNSSHP & MVMCP Tickets - On Sale When?

I have never been to the MVMCP and think I want to go. Do I have to have park admission for that day also? Or just the party ticket and I can go in at 4pm?

You can get in at 4 PM with just the party ticket.

As PP said, yes you only need a ticket for the party. I go to DTD or the pool before the party (or a half day park like AK or HS). I don't want to "waste" a park ticket by only being able to go for half a day at MK or Epcot.

This was my thought also. I hate to waste a ticket day so I think I will go to the party at 4 and just do what we want then.
We are just hubby and I so I do not have to worry about kids with us..
