MNSSHP member discount ticket refund?

I bought our October 14 tickets using my member discount and now one of our party isn't going. Is there a one time courtesy refund or am I stuck with a ticket that will be unused!

MS will not help you. However, we were able to get a refund through Guest Relations at the park when one of our party bailed. They also said the TTC was best able to do the refunds on MNSSHP tickets for DVC members. We went to MK a few days before in case there was any problems canceling the day of the party. It really took a long time for Guest Relations to access the right screens that are supposedly readily available at the TTC.

And you still may be.

the tickets are technically not refundable. Sometimes a CM will "bend" the rules, but there is no requirement making them do it.
