MNSSHP - I can't get tickets!!!

Ok, the helpful but confused CM finally called me back. She had quoted me the wrong total on my tickets and apologized several times. As she gave me a confirmation number I asked her if she could recheck LTT PS for me. I said my friend had a reservation already and she said because this was a special event, it was an exception to the 90 day rule. She clicked on the computer for a while and said: "what time would you like?" She once again said she was sorry but she didn't know that it could be done before. I wish Disney would train their employees better at this. It made me sound like a obsessive lunatic and the CM felt bad. But in the end, I got my tickets and 5:20pm ressies at LTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first year I was able to get my tickets and dining on the first try. I called the WDW-DINE number and made dinner reservations first, then I bought the tickets. Looking forward to the 2nd. This will be my earliest MNSSHP.
