Need some opinions on the matter. We're taking my 2yr old DD to Disney for the first time this year. Looking at dates Sept 8-12 so only a few days, we didn't want to overwhelm her with too much. So far I was planning on a day for MK and Epcot, had planned a day for MNSSHP but got to thinking if this would be ideal or should I just replace for another park we could do during the day. As 2 she usually gets up around 7:30AM and we goes to bed around 8:30-9. So I can't decided being the party so late if it would be worth it for her. I'm sure she would find it fun and entertaining but I also don't want her falling asleep during the whole party haha. Any input/strategies would be grateful :thumbsup2

If you can't come up with a way for her to hang later than 8:30p or 9:00p, then it simply isn't worth it--even though she's free. Are midday naps an option?

My youngest daughter went to MNSSHP in 08 when she was 17 months old and she outlasted her older sister who whas 7. The all absolutley loved it especially the candy they got lol.

My kids love it. When we go this year, DD will be 18 months old - I have no idea what she'll be like, but if she gets tired, that's what strollers are for. Her admission is free and her big brothers will party until after midnight, so it's worth it for us.

My 11.5 month old made it until the fireworks. We saw the princesses/princes, Mickey/Minnie, the parade and the Villians show and then she passed out 2 minutes into the fireworks in Daddy's arms. Then she slept while we trick or treated. We definitely are not people that are strict with naps or bedtime (she was fine without a set routine).

Our plan is to do the same thing (see how long they last) with her again in the fall at 3 and her baby sister who will be 11.5 months.
