We realized this week that we could go to the MNSSHP on Sept. 15th the first night on our Sept. trip! I have read on other boards that people enter with their ticket as early as 3 p.m., but I thought the party started at 7 p.m.? Now I am confused, b/c these people said they didn't have a regular admission ticket, just the MNSSHP ticket? Is this true? If so, I would like to know that as I will make ADR's for that night inside the MK before 7 p.m.

For the past few years (since 2001) they have unofficially been letting party goers in after 4:00p with just their party ticket.

If you want an ADR in MK you need to call ASAP as many restaurants are already booked solid.

Good luck and have fun planning!

I agree.

Whew! Thanks for the advice! I just booked at the Plaza Restaurant for 4:50 p.m. and they close at 5:00 p.m.! I had no idea you could get in so early to the party. :thumbsup2

When I called about my LTT ressies for the party they confirmed that I could get in the gate at 4;00 with ONLY my hard tickets. Hope this helps...

Yeah, me too! I can't believe I just found out about this today, called and ordered my MNSSHP tickets and my TA got me into LTT at 4:15. It's gonna' be a magical night! :cheer2:

Are you guys sure we can get in at 4pm? Our ticket says 7 pm. 4 pm would be a godsend with young children. Note: We will NOT have a regular park ticket that day but a MNSSHP only.

Do you have to book a resterant ressie to do this?

:thumbsup2 were going that night too!!! and were also eating at the Plaza ! :Pinkbounc were getting so ready to go................

Good question. We are attending our first halloween party on 9/22 and have dinner ressies at LTT Tavern for 5:20pm- what a great way to start the night in my opinion. I also was wondering what time we could get into MK but we will probably already be there with me continously riding Splash Mountain- my favorite ride at "the world"

Hi -
We'll be there for our third MNSSHP on 9/29. After you go thru security at MK, CM's were right there asking at 4:20(when we arrived) if we were coming for the party. The wristbanded us there and said until closing time of MK for day guests - 6PM last year, 7PM this year, we could go anywhere inside the park. After official "day" closing time, all guests with wristbands are swept into a specific "land". It's been Adventureland or Frontierland in the past - they will tell you if it's one of those or elsewhere. All day guests leave the park at this time.

As I recall, we went on Aladdin 3x, JC, PoC I think, then ate at Peco's Bill's since there were absolutely no ADR's or walk-in's anywhere last year at TS restaurants. I am guessing due to FDP, that is definitely going to be the case this year, too. After a crowded meal at PB's, we readied for the parade outside, which was then cancelled due to rain - instead we got the Rainy Day Character Caravan - or whatever it was called ! -

A few years ago, we were walk ins at LTT at 8:15 PM as we ducked in as the Boo to You Parade passed by. We had characters to ourselves practically, and asked them to actually leave us awhile so we could eat!!!

But, yes - you can do lots of riding in that extra few hours. My son did Astro Orbiter a couple of times and SM also - before 6PM. Of course, it was raining. Tends to lighten crowds a bit!;)

Enjoy!!! Although the event is advertised for later, and it can be a long night with little ones, ticketholders can definitely get in as early as 4 or 4:30 PM!!

Okay so you can definitely enter at 4 pm with a party ticket only, not a regular park ticket? This will be so wonderful with an 20 month old being one of the kids but I'd hate to see the meltdown if we got there and were NOT let in and had to wait around. Thanks again for the advice. I'm just still a bit worried. It sounds great but almost too good to be true to get an extra 3 hours. Thank goodness for these boards. The CM we talked to on the phone when we were buying these last week said that we would NOT be allowed to enter until exactly 7.

There were 13 of us in our party last year in October, and we were all permitted to enter the park at 4:00 pm with just our MNSSHP tickets. We did not have ADR's. I only knew about this because of the DIS boards.

I went last year & had adr for liberty tree & we were allowed in to the park early. I did the same this year our dining ressie is for 5:15pm at LT & we were told on the phone we would need to use our regular admission to get into the park not our MNSSHP ticket, which made me upset, since it worked for me last year. I would assume they will not stop you for getting in early as long as you have a dining ressie..... I am going to call again to confirm...

Please post back and let me know what you were told. I was told when making my ADR's that we would be permitted in at 4:00. It would really mess up our plans that day if the CM that told me that was wrong. I'm hoping the answer will be what the majority of the post read with 4:00 being the magic time.
