MNSSHP DVC Tickets Question

I can't sign into the member website right now ((go figure LOL)) so I am hoping someone where knows the answer to this...

We're in WDW in Sept and are thinking of going to the party but I know the tickets are not refundable.There's a slight chance due to a family member being ill that we'd need to cancel vacation somewhat last minute ((I'm praying this isn't the case.)) but how close to my vacation can I purchase the discounted tickets?

You need to purchase at least 1 day prior to the event to get member pricing. Member priced tickets are setup for will call pickup.

Yeah I know about the willcall Good to know you can do it very last minute ((assuming availability))
