Can I got to Universal during the day and then but tickets for the halloween function that night? Or does it require a park ticket too?

No you don't have to have a regular admission ticket. The MNSSHP ticket is your admission ticket.

Depending on what night you go, they could be sold out...Fridays and Hallween night for example.

Thanks. Since US closes early in Oct for the adult fuctions I was planning on hitting MK some then.

I was planning on buying in advance when they go on sale.
