MNSSHP - Dates and Ticket?

Anyone know when they announce the dates for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? When tickets go on sale?

We will be at WDW Sept. 10-13. The Night of Joy will apparently be at the MK on Sept 10 and 11 (we are not going). Last year it was at HS and there were early MNSSHP dates. Wondering if this will affect their schedule or not? Hoping for a possible Sept 12 MNSSHP.

Look for an announcement in the Spring.

Tickets will go on sale at about that same time.

Night of Joy will be on Sept 10 and 11 at MK? That will totally ruin any chance of there being a MNSSHP on the 10th at MK. That is what we really wanted. Maybe there will be another one through the week. I am keeping my fingers crossed. No one will know anything for sure until the official schedule comes out.

Thinking if they have Night of Joy at the MK on Sept 10/11 then maybe they might have a MNSSHP on the 12th? Last year they started as early as the 4th. Also, Disney reservations told me that the Night of Joy would be at DHS this year, although Night of Joy websites say it's coming back to the MK (too many problems at DHS).

I'm freezing here in Wisconsin too!! Come on spring!!! Anyway, what is Nights of joy? We are looking at goign end of sept. Is that something we would need to worry about/work around?

No need to worry about it.

MK will close at 7PM on those nights.

But, the nights that it happens will be on the calendar months in advance, so no "surprises" involved.

BUT...

Last year at this time they were not offering ADR's 6 months in advance.

So, the dates might be listed and/or tickets go on sale earlier this year.

That's why I was so vague.

I was just sharing information on what happened last year as an FYI.

The tickets have gone on sale on May 1 for the past several years, regardless of when the ADR window was.

I was explaining why my answer did not have specific dates.
And, that things had changed since previous years.
