MNSSHP cheap hotel?

Hi all - I am very tentatively thinking about going to MNSSHP. I would be three hours away, so to potentially keep it cheap we could drive up, enter the park at 4, then leave at 2 and drive back down. However, I rather not risk driving drowsy especially since our route would be the FL turnpike, which is very dark and remote at times. So if I was to do it, I might grab a cheap-ish hotel for the night so we could crash after the party and leave the next morning or afternoon. If anyone has done something similar, what hotel have you done? I've looked into the Flamingo Springs hotels before and they seem nice and fairly close (technically close to property, kind of on the other side from MK). Any other suggestions? I don't want to do a super cheap and possibly questionable motel, especially if we wouldn't be pulling up until very late a night/early in the morning. A plus would be a place with a later check out time so we could sleep in, and maybe an early check in time if we want to check in before the party and get refreshed or changed before going back out. We would have a car so resort transportation wouldn't be an issue, and I can't think of any advantage a Disney hotel would have in this situation besides location, so unless there is a great All-Star deal off property would probably be the best option.

There are multiple hotels along Palm Parkway, on the other side of WDW, past Disney Springs. I think the ones in the Flamingo Crossing area are newer but I could be wrong.

I find these usually have best deals and close to Disney Springs/Disney/I-4

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista
Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista South
Marriott Delta Hotel LBV
Marriott Fairfield Inn LBV
Marriott Aloft LBV
Marriott Residence Inn LBV
Holiday Inn Express LBV
Holiday Inn Express S International

Logistics to and from Turnpike are great from these as they are East or South of WDW.

I have stayed at Fairfield Inn at Flamingo Creek before. Newish hotel, free parking nice free breakfast spread in the morning. Just outside AK on Western Way.
