To try to get both Jack and Sally and the 7 Dwarfs, you want to get in line for Jack and Sally around 4:00 p.m. Unless things change, you can enter the park at 4:00 p.m. with your party tickets. If you are already in the park, there are stations where you can go and get your wristband- I think those are supposed to start at 4:00, but occasionally we have seen them open earlier. Unless things change this year, Jack and Sally come out early (the line is restricted to people with wristbands). In the last couple of years, they have come out as early as 5:00 or 5:30. Before that, they were coming out early, but it was more like 6:00 or 6:30. If they do that and you are fairly close to the front of the line, then you can see them and then go over to the Dwarfs line, and hopefully it will not be too horrible yet. The first night often sells out (lots of bloggers who report to the rest of us- I am usually on my computer that night happily watching for every report and picture I can find!). The one issue you have going to the first party, is that nobody knows for sure what changes will be made yet- whether Jack and Sally will still come out early etc. In the years, they were coming out at 6 or 6:30, we would get in line around 4:45 and would find ourselves at least 8 groups back and sometimes 10 or a few more-- those years, by the time we got to the Dwarfs, their line often would already be an hour or an hour and a half long, so we would skip it. When Jack and Sally started coming earlier, we would get to the Dwarfs line before it was too awful for us, usually 30 to 40 minutes. I don't think the Dwarfs have ever come out before 6:30 when we have been there, and several times it has been right at 7:00 p.m.
Moana, I don't know about. We have only met her at
Disneyland, not WDW. That one may mess you up. Since she was no longer doing regular meet and greets, but came out for the Halloween party last year, I saw postings that her line was huge last year (someone even saw it at 3 hours) and people were getting in line for her at 4:00. I'm not quite sure how to tell you to fit her in with the other two without spending a lot of party time. Maybe someone who hit all 3 last year will come along and help. Also, has there been any confirmation that she is coming back to the party this year? I would expect that Jack and Sally and the Dwarfs are likely to be back since they have been there every year for at least the last several years. Moana's first year was last year. It is possible we may not know if she will be back until the first party. Princesses and Princes seem to be expendable for
MNSSHP and
MVMCP (just ask the Princes about MNSSHP or the Beast and Red Christmas dress Belle about MVMCP)
