MNSSHP and MVMCP Ticket Discounts?

Do any alumni know if CPs get discounts to either of the special ticket parties? I really want to go, but my parents are APs and I was just wondering if it would be more cost beneficial to get the tickets through them.

Keep this in mind though, they are only available on select dates (can be found on the HUB when announced). Usually only during the first month (September for MNSSHP; November for MVMCP, just not Thanksgiving week).

That reads as You do not get discounted tickets during Thanksgiving week, implying that the MVMCP that occurs during thanksgiving week would not be discounted.
