MNSSHP 2012 Official Information

Question :confused3 The character meet with the 7 Dwarfs. Do you get to meet them as a group? or individually?

They meet as a group...

Thanks! Was hoping that would be the answer. Makes planning what we want to do and see that night a bit easier. I like to plan a list of highlights and then when we get to the park we tend to just roll with the flow. This way we are never saying 'what should we do next?' but are also very flexible if something unexpected (love that disney magic! pixiedust: ) comes up.

Here's a photo I got of them last year while I was in a trick or treat line.

I'm going 9\18 my 3 yr old ds is going to be Jake and I'm going to be izzy I can't talk my dh to dress up
Lol

DH, DD, and I have tickets for 10/16...not that I have figured out what we should wear yet. DD is 12 and loves to be scary - but she understands its utterly inappropriate for MNSSHP. 47 days and counting...YIKES!
She can be scary; she just can't wear a mask. She has to be creatively scary!

I've seen plenty of scary costumes at MNSSHP.:hmghost:

Getting excited for our upcoming trip - I'm probably posting prematurely because I don't have pictures uploaded, but my DH finished our "costumes" for the party on the 10/11. There will be 5 of us (me, DH, DD, and my parents) and we are going as E-tickets.

DH made t-shirts with the E-ticket color (orangish-yellow) and custom Mickey ears (he decoupaged small e-ticket copies all over plain ears) - each of us is a different attraction. I'm Country Bears, DD is Haunted Mansion, DH is Jungle Cruise, my mom is Small World, and my dad is Hall of Presidents. We are just going to wear black shorts. Comfy and able to wear them all night, but still in a theme...can't wait!

So my daughter loves her new Belle dress. Much more comfortable than the first. My son is waiting not so patiently for his Jake costume to arrive. And I am trying to decide on a cute apron costume I found on Etsy. Thinking maybe Jessie if I can find cute boots and a hat?

It's official! I have my tickets for the Sept. 28 party!!:cool1:

We originally had that we would be attending as pirates, but DD has changed that (go figure!). DS will still be Jake. DD and I will now be mermaids. We're doing PL but then have CRT after, before the party starts (only time I could get...) and she doesn't want to go there dressed as a pirate so we're doing mermaid makeovers and she has an Ariel skirt and tank top for when she meets Ariel (i'll just wear a casual skirt and top).
Of course this could all change because I'm sure the Izzy costume will be going along with us as well.... And then she may decide to be any other princess with the mermaid make up....

She's still trying to get her Papa to dress as a parrot (Skully) - not sure how that one's going but I would love to see him do it :rotfl:

I have my DD's Belle dress that I ordered from Etsy. She was running around in it last night after I tried it on her. :) Waiting for DS's Jake costume to arrive (also ordered from Etsy because the first one was TOO small and it was the biggest size they had). Also just ordered a Jessie apron (from Etsy of course) for me to wear :) I'll just wear a plain t-shirt and jean skirt underneath with *hopefully* some cute brown cowboy boots that I still need to find. :thumbsup2

My sister, mom and and I will be going Sept. 28th with her son. This will be our first time attending. We are going as the Peter Pan gang. I will be Tinkerbell, sis will be Wendy, mom will be Snee and little one will be Peter Pan. My sis is a DVC member so we luckily were able to get a room for 2 nights. We are sailing on the Disney Dream 2 weeks before that, so we will already be in the Disney mode. I can't wait!

Hallowishes is what I look forward to every time...it's amazing! Pure love. <3

I'll be doing my wearable Maleficent inspired makeup along with wearing my Maleficent t-shirt while sporting my evil minnie ears and blingy diamond accessories. So it's like a "Glam Punk Maleficent" type of costume - that's what I like to call it. I'm a Maleficent lover - gotta get another pic with her for sure. DH will be sporting his Pumpkin Jack baseball cap and tshirt like he always does because he's obsessed with TNBC and DD4 will be Merida wearing the entire costume from the disney store including bow bag minus the arrows. This will be the first time I'll be using holding hair spray in her hair to keep the curls.

I am so excited...again! Every year I'm excited.

I hope you'll post pictures of your glam punk malevolent costume! It sounds awesome!

We are going on 10/16 which is. My wife's birthday. We are also bringing my cousin from the uk, who will have the Mnsshp as her first taste of Disney world.

I'm dressing up as the 4th doctor from Doctor Who. I've got the scarf and coat already, I'm still looking for the pants. I spent this weekend building his sonic screwdriver and tardis key so I'm almost all ready to go. My spoil-sport family members are not dressing up they are simply going to spend the whole night rolling their eyes at me...

TOM BAKER! What an awesome costume. The best classic Doctor Who! I always wanted a Tom Baker scarf!!!

Will there be any noticeable difference in crowds these 2 days? I'm arriving Oct. 31 at 11am - might be tired that night but can maybe take a little nap in the afternoon. Also, any idea of when/if these nights will sell out? This will be my 1st - possible only hallowwe party ... So excited!:cool1:

My wife has decided that I'm going to be the 11th Doctor. So far, I have a sonic screwdriver.

All ready. We have tickets for the Friday, Sept 14th. Staying at Pop. We are wearing black shorts with orange tees that read "Boo To You"
Hoping we can get in early, we have ADR for Liberty Tree

They will both sell out, and they sell the same amount of tickets for both parties. I would get them a soon as possible. They could sell out very soon if they haven't already.
