MNNSHP- where to purchase tickets?

Hi All-
I have a question about the halloween party tickets. I've already ordered mine online, but I have a friend who may be deciding at the last minute whether to attend the Sept. 15th party. This person will be staying at Pop Century that night, and we were wondering if you can purchase halloween party tickets the day of the event at the resort guest services? Or would this person have to go to the ticket window at the TTC before entering? Yes, I know, I told this person they would save money if they purchased the ticket in advance, and that it might sell out, but I guess they want the flexibility of deciding at the last minute. Anyway, are the theme park ticket windows the only place to purchase halloween party tickets? Thanks

The way I understand it, tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the event (provided it is not Sold Out) it will just cost a few more dollars than it cost us who bought in advance online.
