I'm buying our park hopper tickets today! :cheer2:

We'll be there during off season, so will MMs matter much?

Getawaytoday.com offers the four-day park hopper for $184/$154 kid with two MMs.

Arestravel.com offers the four-day park hopper for $179/$149 kid without any MMs.

I know it's not a huge difference price-wise, but if we're not going to use them, why spend the money. Plus there are five of us and $30 is $30 these days!

I would do the Magic Mornings as they are a great time to do some attractions with little or no wait times - even in the "off" season (which is not really an off season!).

Yea!!!

We go offseason (midweek early October) and we like the MMs. We use them to ride Peter Pan a couple times (this line is ALWAYS long during the day no matter what day/time of year). And last year I think we rode Nemo one MM - you have to be there when MM starts though for it to make a difference.

I experienced MM for the first time this year (I missed out last year due to getting ill) and I have to say it was well worth getting up early, expense, etc. we hit all the rides in FL with no lines whatsoever. We also rode the new monorail in the front cabin with no wait at all. would I do it again? Absolutely. :thumbsup2

For only $5 difference, I would go with the two Magic Mornings :thumbsup2 You can really do a lot in that short amount of time - it's great!

MMs are also important during off season because DL opens later & closes earlier. That extra hour on two different days are golden.

Also makes it easier to plan or justify a mid day rest (which is mandatory for my family) if you get alot done early.

We rarely ever used our MMs. The couple times we did, we arrived half an hour into the magic morning. It was difficult getting three little ones ready, and the adults to get organized in the mornings. This year, I'm going to make an effort for all of us to get ready and be there at the start of the magic morning.

MM's are my absolute favorite time at DL. Especially on Sunday mornings. It is my favorite hour of the entire vacation!

I would absolutely spend the extra $30 to get the extra MM. That is my favorite time in the park. It's so quiet and you can so much done. During the off season we were able to do Nemo, PP, Alice, Dumbo, Carousel, Tea Cups, Snow White and Pinnochio (oh and DH took the little one on the Matterhorn) all in the first 1.5 hours.

We are normally the only people in our group to get up for MM, but that doesn't stop me from dragging my immidiate family to it. And then people always end up envious that we've already gotten so much done by the time they arrive, lol.

Another vote for getting the MM. Last week MM was the only way that we were able to ride TSM and Nemo. You can knock out all of the Fantasyland rides in a short time too. Enjoy!

Magic Mornings are soooooo worth it. I figure we get up early for school and work most of the year, it's not a big deal to do it on vacation, especially when we take our midday break for several hours, and just chill and relax by the pool back at the hotel... knowing we've enjoyed so much of the park already.

Yes, yes, yes do the MM. I wish I could do it everyday I was there! They are so worth it. Even if you aren't rushing to the rides you can enjoy walkinmg main street with a very light crowd.

i've never done an MM, but after reading these posts, i'm so excited about doing an MM when we are there in october!

This may no longer be true since many places are going to print-at-home or e-tickets, but Ares used to charge a processing fee that basically eliminated the discount, so you might want to check on that.

I just noticed on that the GAT site the 2009 park-hoppers (Everyone Plays for the Kids' Price Offer) include only one MM.

I was messing around on their website last night and noticed that too. Weird.

Yikes, it looks like they did. Even after the "kids' price" promo is done in May, GAT is only saying ONE MM with each ticket. That's going to effectively end any big advantage to getting tickets with them.:sad1:
