Thoughts on logging in again on my phone? I am currently on my laptop but I need to leave for an appointment.

I did this so I could drive to a different building at work for my noon meeting. Sitting here in the car on both my phone and laptop. At a certain point, if they can't get this up and running, I hope they just reschedule it.

This is still a lottery (random placement in line), you just have to clear your schedule and be present. It's dumb. Many can't be online at the time and it's unfair to them.

I opened on another device and it gave me a different queue number - presumably at the back of the line.

But I hadn’t put in membership# for that one so who knows what would happen from that page?

I still prefer this to a lottery. I dont win those. Ive been in several where it's just me and 3 other people and no win for me. Ive been in some where it's me and 1 other no win for me. I do better with this wild wild west stuff.

Reminds me of a ride line where they lead you to believe it's going to be running soon. Then you end up exiting after 45 min because it's not gonna be fixed for awhile.

NGL we had those VHS tapes in my house growing up.

People are going to be disappointed on all sides.

Those that were first and got kicked out - if the queue resumes, they'll be at the back. Not happy.
Those that are still in the queue - they'll be happy if they get in, but others won't.
Those that are not in the queue, If they restart from fresh, they'll be happy, but the two above groups will not.

Whatever Disney do, not everyone will be happy, and that is valid. But it sucks and I do not see a way they can make this right for everyone.

In my experience there's "always something" with these queues.
But..."queue will be resuming shortly" just popped up.
