MM and MDE?

For our trip in June, I have purchased memory maker so we will have all our shots, ride photos and so forth since it is my daughters graduation trip. I see on my MDE account that it is asking if I want to activate it now. I assume I need to wait until we get there or should I go ahead and activate now? This is the first time I have used MM and MDE together.

I think I need to clarify some what I was asking. I am looking at MDE app on my phone. The one on the website shows the MM, but on my phone it is asking about activating it.

If you purchased Memory Maker, trust the site that says you have it.

Our first time to get memory maker also. I also wondered on the made app about asking to activate now?
