MM and breakfast afterwards

I'd like to do breakfaster after MM at Carnation Cafe, MM is from 8-9, what time should I make the PS? I want to take advantage if crowds are low to get in the most rides, even afterwards. What do you think?

Because morning hours are always precious for getting rides in you probably want breakfast as late as it's served.

The best option otherwise is to be done eating before the park/attractions open.

Yep, as late as you can. Because the hour of MM is great, but the next hour or two are great as well (assuming you get yourself out of Fantasyland just before MM ends, and go to another Land where they are just letting people in...don't let yourself get stuck in the last MM line).

We tend to bring granola and/or protein bars (DS loves loves loves the Clif brand Z-bars) to fill sleepy bellies, get to the park, do MM and another hour or two, and THEN have a sort of "brunch" (early brunch?).

I think the last breakfast seating for Carnation is around 10:30 am. I'd do that. We really enjoyed it last Xmas.
