gotta love it, the White Sox shut out the N.Siders yesterday to win 2 out of 3.

funniest thing seen all weekend: Some fans at the game in caveman makeup, and outfits, also wearing cubs uniforms, carrying a sign that said "last cubs world championship team."

I feel bad for the cubs the Cub fans are some of the most devoted fans and they've stood by their team through a lot

I'm a die hard Cubs fan. Them losing to the Marlins in 2003 is one of the worst moments of my life. We've had really good teams but we can't finish the deal in the post season. Its come to the point where I don't care if they have to buy a world series similar to the Marlins in 97'. Unfortunately I don't see them winning it all this year, unless we pull of some amazing trade or get lucky.

2 of the least talked about teams in MLB are in the same division, the Giants and the Rockies. If those dang Dodgers didn't get out to such a hot start things would be alot closer in the NL west,

The Mets lost 2 more players to injuries since we played you in the first Subway Series this year @ Yankee Stadium.

One was a #3 starting pitcher, and the other one was a little guy we like to call Carlos Beltran, the best CF in baseball.

So do the Giants. I've been hearing Jermain Dye's name being thrown around. I don't know about him, he can produce but he's getting old.

I think Jermaine Dye can still bring it, he's got 18 homers and 46 RBIs so far. I've heard his name in trade rumors. I don't know if he'll be traded he's a fan favorite for the Sox fans here

Ya, that's a more unlikely trade. The Giants would prob have to somebody up like Matt Cain and a prospect or two just to get him, which is highly unlikely.

lol, Join the club. We almost had our best player take his own life this year. Votto, Volquez [had a set back], Encarnacion [also had a set back], Gonzalez, and Taveras have all had problems. Hard to stay competitive without your best hitter, best pitcher, best defensive infielder, and your leadoff hitter all out missing time. I feel the Padres' pain.
