I think your wait times for Peter Pan, Space Mountain, and Seven Dwarves at those times are a bit low/optimistic (More so for Space Mountain and Seven Dwarves).

If that's the case then I think you'll good. You could even likely decrease the wait times for those rides.

If you are going at park open, I would probably go directly to PP and then do HM with a fastpass on your way to splash to eliminate some of the back and forth walking.

Definitely agree with doing Peter Pan first, because FP+ will bypass the interesting interactive queue.

However, I would recommend the third FP+ being for Splash Mountain, rather than Haunted Mansion, because I don't think FP+ will really be needed for HM at 10:10 am. (Also it would mean missing the interactive graveyard queue.)

I was suggesting moving HM to later in the day, which is why I said FP. That should move everything else up to earlier, but depending on crowds, the wait for Space Mountain may still be a little long.

I would also move PP first. Swap Space and Splash, and swap 7DMT and HOP to minimize walking. Go for FP+ for Splash, Space and 7DMT and you should be set for relatively short waits all day.
