MK Toontown Opening???

When do the characters start greeting in Toontown tents? I read a couple reviews that advised to take the train at opening time to the character tents to beat the crowds-but everywhere I looked the Times Guides states Toontown doesn't open until 10am when the park opens at 9am. Has something changed? We will be traveling the week before Memorial Day-SOON!!! Thanks!

Toontown does indeed open at 10am. Taking the train to TT right when the rest of the park opens at 9am wouldn't make too much sense! You're better off getting some of the FL attractions out of the way before 10.
