MK to Whispering Canyon

Me, DH, DS8, and DS3. If we'd like to get there quickly, what is our best option, and approximately how much time should we allow ourselves?Thanks in advance!

Bus, it’s a 5 minute ride but could take much longer depending on how long you wait for a bus. If the boat is at the dock take the boat it’s about a 15-20 minute ride.

Not really. It really is a 5 minute ride and you’d still possibly face a wait for a Minnie van.

Can I ask what the need for speed is? It's really not worth it to stress over getting to an ADR in under 10 mins. Most of us hate spending too much time getting from point A to point B. But, at WDW, it's sometimes part of the fun. I would take the boat and make that part of the fun! It's a great way to get around, especially for little ones. I would leave MK about an hour prior to ADR time. If you run late, they'll hold the time for you.

I prefer the boat myself - agree with PP that sometimes the transportation is part of the fun. We love being out on the 7 Seas Lagoon/Bay Lake on a boat and seeing the various sights from that angle. Some of the boat drivers are quite entertaining as well.

Not a lot of time between our last FP and our dining reservation, and I wasn't sure how long it would take. Now that I know it's likely not going to take too long, we're fine and don't have to rush. I'm new and was clueless lol.

We were all 'new and clueless' once...no worries!! I just hate to see people stressing while on vacation!!!!

Take the boat, it’s often just as quick and it’s far more enjoyable. It’ll basically be an attraction/ride itself, especially for the kids.
