MK to CR-walk or monorail?

Please let me know if this makes sense and if my timing will work:
We have my son's first haircut scheduled at 9:00 at Harmony. Miraculously, a 10:00 Chef Mickey's just popped up. Should we just walk there and then walk back to the park. I've heard Harmony only takes maybe 20 minutes so even if we have to wait 20 minutes I think we'd have time. And I guess we'd spend an hour or so at CM?

I also agree that you should take the short walk to the CR. You don't to take a chance at the monorail stopping and you missing your reservation.

'If' the monorail is just pulling into the station, or you see it leaving the GF, take that. Otherwise, walking is faster.

Walk. Even if you get on the monorail quickly, there is no guarantee you can get off. Those things stop so often with sometimes long delays that I would just rather walk that short of a distance.
