MK schedule/rides for 7 month old

We're taking our DS to MK in September (Yeah!) We're staying at WL for three nights but taking it REALLY easy and only doing one park day at MK on one of the days (and no other parks) b/c I don't want to overwhelm him since he's so young. Funny story, dh always swore we wouldn't take DS to disney until he was 5 - I said that would never happen - guess who suggested the trip - heehee! I was right! Anywho, for the day at MK, I thought of the following:

8 am breakfast at Crystal Palace
stay at MK until 11 am
go back to WL for nap
Dinner at LTT at 4:30 pm and finish what we didn't do before but leaving by 7:30 ish

Is this doable? Is it too much for the lil' guy? Anyone here who had a similar circumstance and can make suggestions/recommendations? And what rides can he actually ride?
