MK Rope Drop Thanksgiving Day

MK opens at 9am on Thanksgiving. What time would you arrive for rope drop?

I’d say it depends on what you hope to do. 7DMT? Around 7:30 to put you toward the front of the pack. Main Street should open around 8.

I'm surprised they haven't updated/changed these hours yet, so first, I'd be keeping my eye on them to be sure they keep the 9:00 open.

If they do keep it, Main St will open around 8:00, so you'll want to be there before that to line up near the rope to your desired first stop.

As mentioned, it depends where you want to go for RD.
If 7DMT or PP, I would be at the hub about 8. Other rides, by 8:30.
I also agree, watch the hours closely, especially a few days before as the hours may change.

If Disney changes the hours at this late date I will be po'ed. Plans are made and the die is cast.

Unfortunately, they do it all the time. Last trip we had hours change less than a week out.
