MK Railroad and Toontown

I'm going during peak Easter season and plan to be in the MK at opening 7am. My questions are - does toontown open before 10am when the park is open at 7am or is it ALWAYS 10am? If I'm done with Fantasyland before 10AM can I still get on the railroad in Toontown if it isn't open yet? Since I'll be in the park at 7am is it likely that I'll be done with fantasyland before 10am? Or will I be waiting longer b/c it's peak season. Please help.

I do not think Toontown ever opens before 10:00 AM even with a 7:00 AM park opening,but,of course with Disney,that is always subject to change.Hopefully someone who has been there during that specific week will come along and know for sure.Before Toontown opens there is a rope at the Fantasyland side and a rope at the Train Station entrance.I am pretty sure,however,that you can still board the train in Toontown before 10:00 AM by accessing the Toontown Train Station via the "Secret Path" from Tomorrowland.If you go to Fantasyland at 7:00 AM,three hours should be plenty of time to see all of the attractions if you just keep moving from attraction to attraction.The park should not begin to get "packed" until 10:30 AM or so.I would suggest going straight to Dumbo first as it is the slowest-loading of all Fantasyland attractions.Hopefully,someone with more information will post,but I hope I have been of some help.HAVE FUN!
