MK or Epcot to CSR

I'm trying to plan the last day of our Oct. trip. Our flight home departs at 5:35 pm, and we'll be using ME, so we probably need to be back at CSR by 2:30 pm. How long does it take to get from MK or Epcot to CSR?

Once on the bus, its a 10 min ride from MK to CSR and 7 min ride from Epcot to CSR.

Buzz is right, but make sure you allow time to walk to the bus, wait for the bus (up to 20 minutes) and get any bags you need out of storage back at CSR.

I would leave the park by 1:30-1:45 at the latest just in case stuff happens.
