MK on October 31?

We arrive on 10/30. Have park reservations for MK on 10/31. TP has it listed as a crowd level 4 that day., Epcot and HS are a 5. But considering it is the only "sold out" day besides the 50th... I'm debating. Is it going to be like it is today (10/1), where waits are relatively low at MK but crowds are everywhere? Why does everyone want to be in MK on Halloween during the day? I don't plan on staying all day... was thinking RD and stay until early afternoon then head back to Poly, hop to Epcot for dinner. Is that reasonable?

If you have an ADR at Epcot, that would be a viable plan on nearly any date.
