MK Nighttime Photo Shoot

Hi everyone

Hope you can help! My friend is now planning a Disney wedding, and wants to find out about the night-time photoshoots you can have at MK in your wedding dress. I can't see anything on Disney's website. Has anyone booked this and can give a rough idea of cost at all? Can you book it with any wedding package, as this will be a small one, with under 10 of us!

I am going to do a MK Shoot but I havn't seen anything that they are at night yet...might be nice to do that I have only seen early morning thats why most of the pix you see of them are in the dark. I believe they cost $1000.00 and I know you can do them with a Wishs wedding but i would think that they would let you do it w/ any wedding.

The times usually offered are 5am and 6am. That being said, depending upon what time of year it is, you may or may not get some pics before the sun comes up.

ie. Our shoot was the morning of our wedding, May 1 @6am. We actually didn't get to the MK until 6:10 as we were running late and we didn't get any pics in the dark as the sun was rising.

If you definitely want some in the dark, you should either go with the earlier shoot time or if it's in the fall/winter, you could probably do the 6am as well.

The cost as far as I know is still $1000 but I have read recently it has increased so you may want to contact DFTW for pricing.

Any wedding that DFTW does can do a park shoot or even do it again in the future (maybe then I'll get my pics in the dark!)

Any Disney wedding can have the MK Bridal portraits, even DCL ones.

I believe only the Bride and groom can go to the session.

Yes the prices have increased, I can pm you with all the info after work. I just recently spoke with the disney wedding photography dept, and she emailed me the price list. So I will copy and paste it for you later. Its 1100 for just the MK shoot, and 300 more to add another park. If you want the cd that will be another 750. Yes DCL brides can have it too as well as vow renewals. Hope this helps.
