MK morning Too Ambitious?

We have a 8:05am ADR for CP on Saturday 6/28. It's non- EMH and predicted crowd level 9. I have fast-eating, fast-moving family (3 DD's, DH) so assuming we eat and are out by 9, what do you think the possibility of doing the following is before 12:30-1:00?
PPan
HMansion
Big Thunder
Splash
Pirates?
I don't want to use FP's as we will hop to another park later.

In my opinion, I think it's doable.

That's ambitious alright! You also have to assume that you'll be seated and that the buffet line moves at the pace that allows you to be back out the door by 9:00. Character time is a factor even if it's not important to you, it's a factor. You've got a lot of cross park travel to hit some of the rides plus the crowd level is high. I don't get a lot of enjoyment from rushing from one thing to another, but if that's what you have to do, I wish you good luck.

We don't mind rushing,particularly in the morning which is pretty much the only time you're able to rush If push came to shove, we can drop something as we have another morning as well as an afternoon and evening in MK. But you know how it is... when you like your plans and feel it "works", well... you just want it to work!

Yes if you can get away from your meal right at 9am it will work

but there are two places you could get stuck-Peter Pan always has bad lines and as the two of the three big mountains, Splash and Big Thunder can be a long wait as well. The way I might try to ensure I hit everything would be the following...I would run to PP...back track and hit Splash and Big Thunder-then hit HM-on crowded park days, the lines can be long. Then I would hit Pirates on the way out...If your family hates running around the park-I would still start at PP, then HM, then BT and Splash and hit Pirates on the way out...Enjoy breakfast at CP-although you can stay as long as you want, you can eat, see each character and participate in the Piglet parade within an hour.

If you get out before/right at 9 absolutely doable. You've probably got the schedule in the perfect order already too since Splash and Pirates are longer rides and will take up more of low crowd times. I honestly think it's doable by 11. I'd add Jungle Cruise to the list and maybe even the Tiki Room on the way out. Sounds fun.
