Has anyone received their confirmation, I believe today or yesterday was day 14 business days. I just want it to feel safer and have proof.

Good news it doesn't seem sold out yet ( which I honestly hope it doesn't since that means less people, unless they way upped how many can attend this year)

My husband called Friday and they told him emails had already been sent for those of us who had to do it on the phone, but they would send ours again. Within a half an hour he received the email confirmation.

Which date did you reserve? Mine is Feb. 6 and no email yet. Perhaps they are sending out the email confirmations based on the event date?

We booked on the phone for Feb 6th, did not receive an email until we called today, the CM that DH spoke with sent it right away.

I think so too. ON the other hand the info email should be coming out soon for the details of the party.

I called this morning and was told that there was a delay in the emails and that they would be sent out within the next 7 days... sigh... I hope I get the email! We will (hopefully) be going to the Feb 6th party... It's getting close!!

I was on the phone for almost an order mostly on hold...sigh

Been on hold for 45 minutes and finally got someone. Said she would have to verify with another department as she had no way to tell if I booked or not. Does this sound correct? Been on hold 10 more minutes waiting for her to come back. Not majorly impressed with DVC about now.

So after an hour on the phone, she told me that there was no way they could send just my individual email. They would be resending them next week. I told her "my friend" was able to get a confirmation email today. She said she spoke to the department and they could not do that but that I am on the list and I called and booked Dec. 7. Ughhh

I am in the same boat as you! I am thinking about trying to call again tomorrow. We are close to a month away, I'd like to make dinning reservations and nail down our plans.

That's really frustrating, I am sorry you are having such a hard time! I don't understand why some are easily able to send out emails and not others. When DH called, the whole thing took less than 10 minutes, the CM did have to put him on hold but it wasn't longer than a couple minutes. Also, both CM's that DH spoke with (he called once previously to confirm the booking) were able to see our booking for the 6th for two people. The first time he called the CM was unable to send a confirmation (this was before Christmas I think) and the second time the CM was able to send it immediately.

I hope everyone gets their emails soon!

I would just book your dining reservations now, you can always cancel them.

My experience..I went the route of online chat this morning.. I explained I had been RSVP’d over the phone due to all the technical problems on 12/7. I was told to wait while he checked in to it. He then told me he could confirm that I am indeed RSVP’d for the Jan 11th event. Also said the emails have been delayed but should be sent out in about 7 days. Sure...
It did make me feel better, but I’d really like some solid proof.

If you phoned in your reservation and a CM confirms it's in the system and you never get a confirmation email, do you still go to check in for the event? How will they confirm you are registered? Never been to any of these events before and was wondering what the process is. Thanks in advance!
