My family would benefit from a sit-down lunch/break and would like a quieter dining space (DD will need a break from stimulation). I can make reservations today. We are fairly familiar with the restaurants having previously eaten at LTT, BOG (DD's favorite when they had breakfast but now with the expensive menu, I don't know if it is worth it based on reviews). TIA!

I know you said TS, but my recommendation is Columbia Harbour House at 11am (as soon as it’s open). Get your food and head upstairs. You’ll enjoy peace and quiet. :goodvibes

I think a quiet TS is hard to come by in MK. I would probably choose from LTT, Plaza and Skipper Canteen depending on which menu appeals to you. If you truly need some quiet with little stimulation, you might consider walking or taking the monorail over to CR and eating at Steakhouse 71.
I agree with these, maybe throw in Diamond Horseshoe which is same food as LTT.

Yes, I have read about this option. I'm just thinking my DH might need a beer. (He is not thrilled by a day at MK as he is definitely more an AK quiet vibe kinda guy) :drinking::)

I was going to throw Beak and Barrel in there, but I see you said quieter dining space. The food at BnB is more snacks but surprisingly good.

I have not heard of this- I looked it up. DD would love the pirate theme, but it is a limited menu. It does look delicious, however!

Depends on your timing, but my crew really likes taking the monorail out to GF and doing the Grand Floridian Cafe. They run a "brunch" menu so you can order breakfast for lunch, which is a nice break from the rest of the theme park food we end up buying. It's obviously more of a time commitment than staying in the park, but the monorail ride and meal offer significantly more of a stimulation break than any of the in park table service.

Yeah, unfortunately, this would take a lot of energy for DD (she will be on DAS) with the travel and the closer in proximity the restaurant, the better. Thank you for the tip, though. I am a go-go person and DH and DD are not.

I think Skipper is the quietest out of your options. And I hear you on BOG, used to love it but the price is no longer even in my Disney splurge range for what you get :(
