Just got done telling Disney what I thought about the ridiculous crowds at MNSSHP on 9/24 (sold out plus previous hurricane crowd), and they called me the next day and definitely made me feel like they are really listening. They admitted that management decisions were flawed after the hurricane, and bent over backwards to make things right with us.

If you have a bad experience at WDW, please tell someone. They are very quick to make things right. I personally emailed Mr. Iger, but only because I like quick resolution. Guest Relations at the park wouldn't be a bad option ;)
 
Too bad it won't get them to quit overselling those events.

Glad they took care of you though!

They FAR exceeded my expectations, for sure and Mr. Puig assured me that they are working on the problem as apparently LOTS of people are filling their days with these complaints.

I'm waiting for a resolution for a serious and major problem that happened over 2 months ago. The claim has been in Guest Experience hands for the last 7 weeks, and they're stalling me. Each week they tell me they need to investigate, and they'll call me back, promised ... but the next week I have to call them and they promise again ...

I'd hate to be "that guy", but I'd go right to the man like I did. Resolved in 24 hours.

May I ask which email you used? I have been trying to get someone to contact me about this same party and have heard crickets.
