We'll be at the Magic Kingdom next month and all of the reservation-based breakfast restaurants are booked. We will be using early morning EMH, so there will be no time for eating breakfast at the resort before MK. We want to do some EMH/rope drop rides, then have breakfast at the park. My son has to eat gluten-free. Does anyone know of any gluten-free, non-reservation quick service breakfast options inside the Magic Kingdom?

Be Our Guest has excellent options for gf breakfast. We eat there at least twice when we are at WDW.i have celiacs and have never had any issues here or anywhere at WDW. They accommodate very well

Yes, but they are booked up. I need a place we can walk up to and order some food.

Starbucks just announced a few gluten free items. Sous vide eggs and a new breakfast sandwhich! I haven't tried them yet, but a friend said the eggs are delicious! I imagine the sandwhich would be too!

I feel like the only 2 places (aside from BoG) that are always open when we go to MK in the mornings are Starbucks and Sleepy Hollow. Sleepy Hollow serves mainly waffles and does not have gluten free versions. If Starbucks has gluten free options, as mentioned above, that's probably your best bet. If staying onsite at a resort with a food court though that would be my first choice, personally. I got stuck at MK one morning having tried to plan on breakfast in the park and ended up purchasing prepackaged gluten free cookies for breakfast. They were tasty but it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for.

I am no longer 100% gluten free but do have to limit my overall wheat consumption so I'd be curious to hear if there are any new items or things I missed.

The sandwich is very good. And it is heated in its own pouch rather than being taken out like the gluten-filled ones are. Totally sealed and safe.
