MK fireworks from the beach/your room, worth it?

I'll have a lagoon view at the Poly in September and based on my plan right now there's not really a great chance for me to see it. Here's my nights for some context

9/17: Victoria and Albert's at 7pm (Don't know when Hallowishes is but I'm guessing 9 or 10?)
9/18: EP day Illuminations at same time
9/19: At MNSSHP
9/20: Yachtsman dinner at 7pm (HEA is at 8pm)
9/21: MK day will watch HEA from inside the park
9/22: AK day which closes at 9
9/23: HS day Star Wars fireworks at 8:30pm (HEA is at 9:00pm)
9/24: Departure day

The two days which are possible is 9/20 and 9/22. For 9/20 it would mean shifting Yachtsman earlier and cutting out some world showcase time. For 9/22 it means no time for Pandora at night (Sunset at that time is about 7:30) or sunset safari. Technically I could switch the night for Illuminations but my goal was to not really be rushed at Yachtsman trying to get back to Epcot.

I think I'm willing to cut out some showcase time (It's not anything new to me) and eat a little earlier but if it's not really worth it I don't want to be bothered. If it is something I should do would the beach or room be better? It's during my honeymoon if that makes a difference.

I don't think I would plan a beach fireworks viewing on a family trip (unless it was a non-park day) but I could see room fireworks viewing being nice during a romantic trip.

The problem then becomes rushing other activities. I'm not sure I would want to rush Yachtsman.
Then AK could be a contingency.. if you loved Pandora and want to stay, that's fine.
Or.. consider the Ohana in-room Twilight Feast instead of the Yachtsman?

We're doing Ohana on our 9/21 MK day. I don't think I'd be rushing if we moved our reservation to 5:20 (what I just looked up) because that would give us 2 hours to eat and then over an hour to get back to the Poly.

Outside the park viewing for me is more because I'm doing something else and I happen to be somewhere I can see it and it's time for them. I wouldn't try to plan anything to see them if you can't fit it in. Sounds like your trying to make the most of the room you have which I can understand but it's fireworks and you have to call it early somewhere to be there to watch them.

Now the exception to this is july 3,4 and dec 30,31 when they put on the really large fireworks shows. I do like being in the park but a weekend with views of them and not going into the parks can be something special on its own.

I'm a little confused by your question. You will see both Hallowishes and HEA from inside the park. Are you asking if it's worth it to see the fireworks from outside the park in addition to your in-park viewings? If so, the answer is no. I would only do that if I had nothing else planned (but you have other evenings with plans elsewhere) and it wasn't a big travel-time waste.

O'hana is at Poly. Do you mean an hour to get to MK?

I would keep your original plan as is. See the MK shows inside MK. Fireworks outside MK are pretty, but not worth going out of your way for.

No, I meant back to the resort to watch the fireworks from outside. When I said move the reservation to 5:20 I meant the Yachtsman ADR that is currently at 7:00pm
