MK Fireworks dessert party- Peak dates?

I know the price is higher for "peak" dates. How do we know what "peak" dates are- do they follow resort pricing seasons or holidays?

My dates fell during peak rates. I never did figure out why. We went on a Monday night on what was considered non-peak rates for everything else. I would just recommend calling and asking if the dates you want our peak/non-peak.

Or as my DH told me, "It is what it is, no need trying to change it, you'll just get upset."

THanks. Your DH sounds like mine- "don't work yourself up over it." Apparently, he has forgotten that I must control each and every aspect of this trip!

Actually, I've already booked the dessert party- we also did it last summer. I knew the price had gone up since then, but it was not until I got off the phone that I realized that we were charged the peak rate. We are going during "value season" for our resort, and it's not Fourth of July or anything, so I was surprised. I just wondered if peak dates were posted anywhere, (I can't find any) in case changing to another night later the same week might bring the price down. I'd rather not have to call if it wouldn't help.

Maybe they are going by Value resort seasons, which would put out dates in "summer season". We are staying at the CR, which puts us in "value" season there, which is why I was confused.
