MK fireworks cruise in Dec.?

Question for you...has anyone done a fireworks cruise at the MK in December? I'm wondering if it would be too cold, and whether they even have them at all. (Would they happen during the fireworks for MVMCP, or only on nights when FITS happened??)

Anyone have experience with this? DH and I would like to do one to celebrate our first anniversary--we were supposed to go out on one the night he proposed to me, but it was thwarted by a thunderstorm!!!
