It's okay. Things have been a little chaotic in this forum today, you'd think they were giving out lifetime annual passes!

I guess I'll keep trying for the 28th. Some must have canceled because it was booked when I called earlier today.

Best of luck! Just keep trying, people are probably booking like crazy just to get dates. I'm feeling really lucky to have gotten them at all now!!

Yeah, I was able to book 9/4 during the MNSSHP, but was told Sept 6th was not available - already sold out??? Hard to believe since the Dis only posted this 3 hours ago????? Anyhow was also told the price DIDNOT include gratuity - hope it is worth 23.42 !!!

Just tried to book for either 23 or 24th September but no luck!

I called a couple of hours ago (about 3:15pm EST I think!) and got the 24th for 2 adults, it took him ages to 'find' it though.

Keep trying - Hope you get it otherwise we'll try and sneak out something for you!

For those of you who have been...

who is there to tip?? From the pics I've seen it looks to be completely a buffet, including drinks. I don't mind tipping at all, I'm just confused. Who we would be tipping? The chefs? Is there a tip jar or do we have an actual person assigned to us/our table?

I just called Disney Dining back--TWICE-- to ask about the "standing" comment when they are telling you about the package.

Both CMs stated that those who book will indeed have assigned tables. As one put it, could you imagine children with drinks and food walking around? Both said that if walk-up space was available on a certain night, those ppl would not get a table. They would be standing room only. They probably thought I was slow because I asked them several times just to make sure we understood each other.

Phewwww, I was starting to feel sorry for those who were dining with us! I can see my DD spilling her drink or dessert on someone! At least with an assigned table we won't have to worry about everyone else there...just us!

So, I just called back to see if they would extend it to November since October is selling out quickly. I was told by the person I talked to (he was super nice) that management is quickly considering opening it up for November and possibly December due its popularity. He also mentioned that the responses to October have been overwhelming and their phones have been ringing off the hook all day. So, for those of us in November looks like we need to keep checking back regularly.

I doubt that they are booked full. My CM said that the calendar showed no availability for the 10 days I was there. Then he chuckled, (I'm strangling him through the phone)....and said oops, I forgot to uncheck the dining option. VIOLA....what day do you want again? Your choice.

Just saying, try again. BTW we are booked for the 28th of Sept.

I can't believe I just saw Disney extended this!!! Is it really booked solid....already? I have a younger brother who is Down Syndrome and celebrating his 40th birthday at WDW in October. This would be an absolutely perfect way to spend his birthday.

I'll try in the morning maybe I'll get lucky and get a ressie for the three of us.

FYI, the dessert party is all booked up for Sept 27th and Oct 3rd. I tried getting in for both dates.

I still plan on calling for both dates...
