Magic kingdom dessert parties .. worth it or no?
And I do I book online? Where is it under? Prepay?
Thanks guys

Worth it, depends if money and time are important to you. :) Personally I feel all of these WDW extracts are just a way for Disney to make even more money than they already do. The parks are worth the cost, the meals are expensive but that is understandable. In my opinion it is the extras that are the most over priced.

I've done the Plaza viewing dessert party on two separate occasions. I found it to be worth the money considering the nice viewing spot you receive for the fireworks and not have to stand shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you is the main reason I booked this. Is it expensive? Sure...but so is virtually everything else in Disney.

You do book online and you do prepay and if you want to cancel and get your money back I believe you have to do so within 2 weeks prior till your booking in order to receive a refund.

I've booked the MK one (not the terrace, the garden viewing point, I forget what it's called) for our next Disney trip because 1) it's my birthday and I want to eat cake and 2) I would like to see the fireworks and show clearly without, as happened on our previous visit, waiting ages in what we thought was a good spot only for a very tall bloke to come and stand in front of us, ipad aloft, and film the entire thing, blocking our view.

It's only something we will do once and I think that it will be worth it.
