Last one please!

We plan to eat at O'hana's Lilo & Stitch breakfast at the Poly R and then be at RD for the park. So...

1) Am I right that we would need to take a bus from our Resort to MK park. Then transfer to the monorail to get to Poly R?

2) How long does it take to get from Poly R to MK park? What time should I make a breakfast reservation for?

For dinner we plan to be back at the Poly R for the Spirit of Aloha dinner show, so I would just change the above plan backwards accordingly.

And no, I am not posting a transportation question for Epcot. ;) That one I was able to work out on my own. Breakfast in the hotel, lunch and dinner in the park. Join the masses after Illumations to get a bus back to our Resort.

Thanks so much everyone!

Allow at least an hour maybe a bit longer if you make very early breakfast reservations the buses don't run as often in the early AM hours.

1) - your plan is probably the best one - but ask your bus driver, who may be able to drop you directly at the Poly after he/she leaves the MK. It will depend on what time your breakfast is at 'Ohana.

2) To get to the MK via boat from the Poly is about a 5 minute ride, but it may not be running early enough to make rope drop. (Also, you might have to wait 10 minutes or so, even if it is running.) So the monorail may be your only choice. That's probably closer to a 10-minute ride. Factoring all this in, if you want to make a 9am rope drop at MK, your ADR should be no later than 7:30.

To get back at the end of the day, the boat will definitely be running. Although it will stop first at the GF, it's still a nice ride, and the GF detour isn't very long.

Depending on which resort you're trying to get back to, and what time it will be when you finish, there may be better options than connecting back through the MK. Where are you staying, and what time is your SoA show?

Ugh - sorry Cigar. I'm afraid the answer to those questions have not been decided yet.

Right now we are booked at POP but may upgrade to CSR (September trip).

I would really prefer the 8pm SoA show but we might have to book the 5:15 show to make it easier for our 11 & 6 year olds. The dining time may depend on how hard/long it is/will take to get back to the Resort.

Since I have the kids staying up 1 night for Fantasmic, a 2nd for Illumations and a 3rd for the P&P Firework voyage - my husband is leaning toward the 5:15pm SoA show. Although these late nights are broken up with days of sleeping later & early beds... So I'm still prefering 8pm so far.
