MK attractions distances & railroad

For instance, walking from the entrance to BOG, at a leisurely pace, how long does it take?

Also, is the railroad available at rope drop? how long does it take approximately(not including wait time) from one station to the other?

Just trying to get idea so we can hopefully minimize walking. We have 2 seniors, 2 adults, 1 preschooler and a toddler. We will be using a double stroller.

All I know is that taking the railroad to fantasyland will take significantly longer than walking.

Could be completely wrong, but I don't think there is a Fantasyland stop. The closest is in the Storybook Circus area, by Dumbo. Taking the train wont really minimize walking.
