MK and HS Morning Magic Hours or Rope Drop Better?

What do you prefer? EMH or Rope Drop at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Hoping to enjoy some good park time on Wed. May 21 and Thu. May 22 before the Memorial Day Weekend crowds. We always liked morning magic hours but I'm thinking rope drop will be better since more attractions will be open.

Rides we want to do:
MK - Mine Train Coaster, Big Thunder Mtn RR, Splash Mtn, Space Mtn, Haunted Mansion, Fantasyland rides. (I think Frontierland and Adventureland are not usually open during the morning magic hour).
HS - Rock-n-Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, Star Tours, Toy Story... Toy Story is not a priority.

Option 1:
Wed. May 21 -- HS EMH, then MK
Thu. May 22 -- MK EMH, then HS in evening for fantastic
Option 2:
Wed. May 21 -- MK Rope Drop, probably stay all day
Thu. May 22 -- HS at rope drop, afternoon break/other park, return in evening for fantasmic.

We've never been unhappy with either, but EMH usually has fewer people (from our experience).
